1st Brookwood Scouts will be collecting real trees for recycling on the morning of SUNDAY 4th January 2026. Our principle collection area is show in blue on the map below, however if you live beyond this and would like us to collect your tree please fill out this form with some details and one of our volunteers will be in touch to confirm if we can include you on our run.
Brookwood Scouts is a charity & we rely on donations to continue to offer a varied & exciting programme for our local children. A small donation (*suggested amount £6) would be appreciated to cover our costs and to help raise funds for the group. Payment details can be found on the booking form which must be completed in order for us to include you in our collection round.
How does it work?
Simply fill out the form to provide us with the details of where your tree is located and other useful information.
Then leave your tree out on Saturday night or early Sunday morning and one of our team will come and take it away. Collection day is 4th January 2026 and we aim to start our round by 8am so its important you leave your tree out nice and early.
How do I make a donation?
Our bank details can be found on the booking form or on your conformation email, otherwise please leave cash with the tree in something waterproof, a sandwich bag or similar. Bank Transfer is preferred, if you are making a bank transfer please include your house number and surname as the payment reference.
I don’t live within the blue area, can you still collect my tree?
Maybe – please fill out some details on this form and one of the team will be in touch. We are more likely to be able to travel further afield if there are multiple trees to collect from the same area so mentioning the collection to your neighbours would certainly help.
